Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags and packaging intact
- No signs of wear, stains, pet hair, or fragrance
Sale items, undergarments, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If not received within 10 business days, check with your bank. Contact us with your order number if still missing.
