Accepted payment methods

 

We process all payments securely via Stripe. You can pay with:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Apple Pay and Google Pay (if available on your device)

Selected local payment methods supported by Stripe in your region

All charges are displayed and processed in USD (unless your checkout shows a different currency).

Secure checkout (Stripe)

Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

3D Secure / SCA may be requested by your bank for extra verification.

Authorizations & charges

When you place an order, your bank may show a temporary authorization.

You are charged when the order is confirmed. If an item cannot be fulfilled, the payment is voided or refunded.

Taxes & duties

Prices at checkout exclude import duties or local taxes in your country (if any).

Any such fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Billing information

Please ensure your name, address, and postal code match the card issuer’s records to avoid payment declines.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, please:

1. check card details,

2. try another card or method (Apple Pay / Google Pay),

3. contact your bank to allow international / ecommerce transactions.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 3–10 business days).

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, contact us first — we’ll help resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved disputes may result in chargebacks according to your card network’s rules.
