Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Services

International orders are shipped using reliable postal or courier services with tracking.
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure product protection during transit.

For orders delivered within Dubai (UAE), we offer a Free Next-Day Delivery service.
Delivery times may vary depending on your area and courier availability.

Flat Shipping Rates (excluding Dubai)

Europe — 25 USD

USA & Canada — 25 USD

Rest of the world — 35 USD

Ukraine (domestic) — Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the selected carrier at checkout.

 

Estimated Delivery Time (from dispatch)

Europe & USA: 14–21 days

Other countries: up to 30 days

Ukraine: according to local courier service

Dubai (UAE): 1–2 business days

Customs Duties and Taxes

Possible import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping prices.
UMI has no control over customs processing times or additional charges that may apply in your country.

Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to receive, or missed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged, please document it with the courier upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours, including photos.
If a parcel is lost (no tracking updates for an extended period), contact us — we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Refunds or replacements depend on the investigation outcome.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled before shipping.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, changes are no longer possible.
Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to countries under postal restrictions or international sanctions.
If delivery is not possible, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
